Armin Ganz
Ganz began his career directing short films before moving into features as set designer on Alan Parker's "Shoot the Moon" (1981). He re-teamed with Parker as art director of "Birdy" (1984) and "Angel Heart" (1987) and has worked on independent films ("Tough Guys Don't Dance" 1987, "Love Crimes" 1992) as well as big-budget mainstream fare ("A View to a Kill" 1985). He earned an Oscar nomination as set decorator on Francis Ford Coppola's slick homage to the 40s, "Tucker: The Man and His Dream" (1988).
